What better way to find out about cloth nappies than in a relaxing environment with a cup of (decaf!) coffee or tea, or even better - rooibos or herbal tea? Introducing... the nappucino! During an informational sessions I talk through a selection of nappy systems and can give advice about which one best suits you. Often, seeing the real thing in front of you is much more helpful than just seeing a picture on the web, or in a catalogue. Likewise, being able to chat about it to other people often makes you think about things you hadn't considered, or see things in a different light. You can bring a friend for moral support, or bring your partner or husband to help them get on board (max 4 people per session). They are usually about 30mins - 1 hour in length and cost R150. Having attended a nappucino, if you have any problems at any stage I will continue to be there to give you advice or help. Nappucinos are generally hosted at my home, but can be held elsewhere by negotiation. They are usually held in the evenings or over a weekend, as most of the guests are women who are not yet on maternity leave. I am not affiliated to any particular supplier of cloth nappies, but, from personal experience and from the experiences of others I know, I do have my own opinions about each of the brands currently on sale.
